Tigers booked their place in the Cup Final with a victory over a strong Windlesham side. Although a division higher, Fleet had a battle on their hands as the Hornets were a well organised team who had plenty of pace when attacking.
The games only goal came late in the first half when Oliver Manning turned in Jack Dean’s corner at the near post.
After the break Fleet did have more chances to put the game beyond reach, but found the Windlesham keeper in good form.
In the end one goal was enough for a place in the final against either Frimley Green or Mayford. MoM the whole Team who each contributed to this deserved semi final victory.

Despite the heavy rain, the pitch at Elm Grove was in really good condition and suited the Tigers' passing game. Fleet dominated for long periods with some very tidy football. They went ahead late in the first half with Jack Dean's surging run and shot. Town doubled their lead early in the second half with a goal from Max Grice who slipped his shot past the on the onrushing keeper.
Overall a good result against an Elm Grove side which had been unbeaten in their last 5 matches. The whole Team played well especially Daniel Moritz and Harry Freeman, but the MoM award went to Oliver Manning.

Tigers remain unbeaten in 2010 with another fine display against a Woking Cougars side that lacked a cutting edge in attack. Playing pretty and yet very effective football, Fleet cut through the Cougars with some sublime passing although it took until late in the first half to break down the Woking resistance, but Jack Selby curled in a fine shot from outside the box to take the lead.
In the second half Tigers started quickly and went further ahead with Jack Selby firing in his second after some slick one touch passing. Max Grice added a third shortly after. Cougars did fight back, and only a flying save from Matthew Hood kept them out. Woking did nick a late consolation with almost the last kick of the game with a breakaway goal.
For the second week running this was a great Team performance, but Callum Washington scooped the MoM award for his grit and determination in winning every tackle.

Fleet dominated from start to finish against Claygate, who themselves did not play badly; they just could not cope with lively Tigers. Daniel Moritz opened the scoring when his cross deflected off a defender and looped high over the keeper’s head into the net. Further goals followed in quick succession from Callum Washington and Jack Dansie (2) to ensure Town took a comfortable lead into half time.
The second half started as the first had finished with a brace from Oliver Manning, this was followed by a well deserved goal from Jack Dean. The score line was completed when the Claygate goalkeeper (who had had a decent match) was unfortunate to steer a cross into his own net.
Overall the match was a great spectacle, with every player putting in a good solid performance – as a result the Team shared the MoM honours between them.

SPL Senior Cup Quarter Final.
The Tigers are now through to the semi final of the SPL Senior Cup after winning a hard fought encounter against a stong and determined Abbey Rangers. Abbey started the stronger as Fleet struggled early on to get their passing game together and it was no surprise when Abbey took the lead from a well struck free kick from just outside the box. The Tigers then started to show what they are made of and equalised from a Harry Freeman deflected shot. They then took the lead after MOM Max Grice followed up from a well struck free kick the keeper could only parry to finish cooly in the bottom corner. The second half was all Fleet and with 5 minutes remaining the pressure was rewarded when Jack Dean turned and volleyed home from close range, to ensure the Tigers are in the hat for the semi's!
Good team performance from everyone today.

Tigers remained unbeaten in 2010 with a victory against a physically strong Staines side. Fleet dominated for large periods of the match and went ahead when MoM Jack Danise struck a low hard shot into the bottom corner late in the first half.
The second half continued where the first left off, with Staines unable to get a clear shot on goal. At the other end, their keeper did well with a double reflex save from Mathew Hood and Max Grice. The win was sealed when Max Grice finished off a fine passing move that started in the Tiger's box.

Fleet signalled their intent for 2010 with a comprehensive victory which propelled them into the next round of the cup. Tigers were rarely troubled, and went ahead when Oliver Manning centered for MoM Jack Dean to smash past the keeper. The same pair combined for the second goal as Oliver Manning volleyed in from Jack Dean's cross. After Harry Freeman had hit the bar, Jack Selby scored a spectacular third from just over the halfway line.
In the second half, Tigers maintained their domination, and if it wasn't for some good goalkeeping would've added significantly to the score line. As it was Max Grice capped a good performance with a further 2 goals but not before both Harry Freeman and Oliver Manning had hit the woodwork.
Overall a slick performance against a team 2 divisions below; Potley & Frogmore tried hard but unfortunately caught the Tigers in fine form..

Tigers progressed to the next round of the Cup with a convincing victory over Woking Cougars. Fleet dominated the possession, but could not break the deadlock in the first half. After the break Dan Moritz scored twice, including another super-strike from just over the halfway line. Oliver Manning scored the third after steering in Jack Selby's shot. Overall the Team performed very well inspired by some fine defending by MoM Ben Roebuck.

Tigers battled their way to victory on Remembrance Sunday. Having lost their last few matches Town were eager to stop the rot and certainly started very well against a team above them in the league. Fleet dominated early possession, but as of recent weeks could not find a clear sight of goal. Town went behind as Mayford scored a breakaway goal after 10 minutes on their first attack. This only galvanised Tiger’s belief that they were the better team and they were 2-1 ahead by half time through a lob from the halfway line by MoM Daniel Moritz (reminiscent of a certain David Beckham goal against Wimbledon many years ago!) and Jack Dansie’s tap in.
The second half was still mostly all Fleet, but they could not convert their possession into goals as some frantic Mayford defending and goalkeeping kept the score down. Even a missed penalty for Tigers did not dampen this performance as Fleet ran out worthy winners. Overall this was a great team effort.

Pouring rain signalled the start of November, but this did not dampen the performance from the Tigers. In a game against arch rivals and the league leaders, Fleet started strongly dominating possession with intelligent passing and movement. Eagles scored on their first attack after 20 minutes and then nicked a second on the stroke of half time. After the break, Town committed men forward in search of a deserved goal and scored through MOM Jack Selby's vicious cross shot. More chances fell to Fleet but they found the Frimley keeper in top form. In the end another breakaway goal may have secured the win for the Eagles, but they certainly knew they had been outplayed on the day.

Fleet leading 2-0 at half time with goals from Max Grice and a direct free kick from Jack Selby came up against a spirited Dragons side. Elm Grove pulled a goal back early in the second half only for the Tigers to extend their 2 goal lead again with a fine solo effort from MOM Harry Freeman. Elm Grove rallied and came back to draw the game 3-3, late pressure from the Tigers attack couldn’t find the net but good defending from the Dragons got them a deserved draw.

A classy Tigers dominated against Claygate in the Autumn sunshine. After Jack Dansie scored within the first minute the result was never really in question. Fleet added more first half goals through another Jack Dansie effort and Max Grice. In the second half Tigers increased their lead through Oliver Manning, and were still celebrating this when Claygate scored in a rare attack. More goals followed through Jack Dean, Jack Selby before Jack Danise crowned his MoM performance completing his hat-trick. Overall a polished performance from the whole team.

In a pulsating match that never fell below fast tempo,Tigers started brightly going ahead with a thunderbolt from MoM Daniel Moritz from well outside the area. In the second half they further increased their lead when Callum Washington stole in behind the Rangers defence after a precise lob from Jack Selby. Abbey then nicked a goal back on the break only for Tigers to maintain their two goal lead when Jack Dansie tapped in. Abbey came back again to narrow the lead, but the score didn't reflect Fleet's dominance and Town ran out worthy winners.

Fleet started brightly taking an early lead with a Harry Freeman shot from the edge of the area. Tigers then produced some good football, especially from MoM Jack Dansie; but a lack of concentration caused a Cougar's equaliser. Daniel Moritz restored the lead just before half time after a grear run down the wing from Callum Washington. After the break Woking came out fighting and very soon hit the post. Fleet tried hard to keep the lead but lost to a very quick double from Cougars right at the end of the match which left not enough time for Town to take anything from the match.

The season started with a win for the Tigers, but it could have gone either way at the end. Tigers started brightly, taking a commanding lead with first half goals from Oliver Manning, Max Grice and a fine solo effort from Jack Dean. Woking came out fighting after the break and scored twice; if it were not for MoM Matthew Hoods fantastic saves, Cougars may have snatched a point.
