Players Conduct Minimize

Coaches are key to the establishment of ethics in football. Their concept of ethics and their attitude directly affects the behaviour of players under their supervision.

Behave, at all times when training and playing games under the name of Fleet Town Colts, in a way befitting a young sportsperson and respect my fellow footballers, regardless of what team they play for, how old they are, whether they are boys or girls, how well they may play and above all whether I lose or win

Never do any of the following things:

• Spit, Swear, Argue

• Bully other players, Fight

• Cheat

• Interfere with training sessions or organised games

• Never argue with any instructions given to me by Referees, Linesmen or other Match Officials and do my best to follow the instructions given by my Manager or Coach, but make sure that I ask if I do not understand

• Always respect Club pitches, buildings and equipment and those at other Clubs and the neighbours of the Club, when arriving and leaving

• Never go off on my own or with other players, without an adult, acting on the Clubs behalf, or without my Mum or Dad

• Always respect my kit and the Club colours wherever I am and to try and be a good Ambassador for the Club when at away games

• Always listen as well as I can, try as hard as I can and have as much fun as I can
